Step 1: Payment of the conference fee
All presenters are required to register and pay for their registration category. Pay the registration fee either in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD ($). A copy of the payment slip should be submitted along with the requested details through the registration form.
Step 11: Registration for InCAPM
- Upload the scanned copy of your payment slip to the registration form.
- Please note that the registration fee is nonrefundable.
- Upload a scanned copy of your ID card or copy of the passport (biographical page) if you are a presenter or participant enrolled.

Payment Procedure
- Payment can be made online or at any branch of Bank of Ceylon using a deposit slip.
- For online payment use “InCAPM 2025” as the reason for the payment.
- For deposit slip payment use “InCAPM 2025” as the reason for the payment.
- Refrain from using Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) for payments.
- Ensure that the name of the presenter/participant and the address of the presenter/participant are included in all bank payment slips and online payment proof materials.
- Retain your payment receipt regardless of the payment method, and present it to the symposium registration desk during the conference, Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka.
