We congratulate you for being selected for a poster presentation at the InCAPM 2025 which will be held on 17th of May 2025 at the Faculty of Agriculture and Plantation Management, Wayamba University of Sri Lanka, Makandura, Sri Lanka. Please follow the instructions given below to prepare and present your posters.
1. Posters – Physical Participation
Poster Specifications
Size | 841 mm x 1180 mm, landscape orientation only |
Format | Printed posters on paper or flex banner material |
General content | Include the title, author(s) and affiliations, abstract, introduction, objectives, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, few references (if space allows), acknowledgements and funding (optional) and contact information. Minimum font size should be 24 for body text. Keep text concise and legible from 1 m away. |
Poster Setup Time
- Report to the registration desk by 8.30 a.m. and you will be directed to the venue
- Finish setting up your poster by 8.55 a.m.
- A display board and pins for mounting will be provided
- Posters should be displayed throughout the conference time and can be dismantled after 4.30 p.m.
Presenter Responsibilities
- The presenting author should be present during the following time schedules to present the study to the attendees.
- The presenters are advised to be prepared for about 3-5 minutes overview of the study; however, a formal presentation is not required.
- Presenters are kindly requested to dress

- Session 2: 12.45 p.m. – 1.45 p.m.

General content | Display the abstract ID at the top left corner and include the title, author(s), and affiliations, introduction, objectives, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, references (if space allows), acknowledgements and funding (optional) and contact information. The fonts and their sizes should be clear and readable. |
Submission of Posters | Please submit following three files to the CMT on or before the deadline 12th of May 2025 1. MS PowerPoint slide (ppt or pptx) of the poster 2. Voice recorded MS PowerPoint slide (ppt or pptx) 3. The pdf file of the Poster |

- Presenter should virtually join to explain the study to the attendees during the poster session time periods. You will be contacted by the poster session coordinator.
