Guidelines for Registration
1. Conference Payment
Participants are required to register by making the payment for the relevant registration category and facilities needed as specified in the following table.

3. Payment methods
The following three methods are accepted for making the payments.
- Online transfer
- Bank deposit
- Payment gateway (given below)
- Telegraphic Transfer (TT)
- Payment can be made in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or USD ($).
- Regardless of the payment method, keep the original and a soft copy of the payment receipt/slip as proof that should be submitted along with the requested details of the Conference Registration Form and present at the conference registration desk if required.
Online transfer and bank deposit
- Payment can be made online or at any branch of the Bank of Ceylon using a deposit slip.
- Use “InCAPM 2025 Abstract ID …” as the reason for the payment of the registration fee.
- Use “InCAPM 2025 Abstract ID …tour” as the reason for the payment of the Conference Tour.
- Ensure that the name of the presenter/participant and the address of the presenter/participant are included in all bank payment slips and online payment proof materials.
Payment gateway
Use the following link to make the payment.
When you fill out the form, for reference, please include the 16-digit number, specified in the List of Payment Reference Codes.
- Note that this number assigned for the relavant abstract ID is required to verify the payment of the presenting author and the co-authors. Therefore, carefully get the number from the list and fill out the form correctly.
- Make separate payments for registering for the conference and the tour (if required) using the same reference number.
- The list contains the reference numbers created only for authors and co-authors assigned with an Abstract ID.
- For others who are willing to use the gateway, please request a reference number through an e-mail to incapm@wyb.ac.lk
Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

4. Registration
Please fill out the Conference Registration Form.
- Upload the payment proof to the relevant place of the form.
- Submit the duly filled form before the deadline.
